My name is Jonathon VanNuland. I am an investor, real estate agent, property owner and property manager in the Johnson County, Kansas area. I started my real estate career buying my first rental in 2021 and got licensed shortly after. Now, as I write this in 2025 I am motivated to expand my offerings to include property management. I am tremendously proud of the management I've conducted on my own rentals and am eager to offer you and your tenants that same level of care and attention. I do more than just collect rent. I make sure your investments are being handled with care and that your homes are cared for as if my own family lived there.

What We Do

As a property manager, we aim to give you peace of mind that your asset is meticulously cared for and serving to you its fullest capacity. As your property manager, we will find and screen tenants, conduct showings, facilitate maintenance and repairs, collect and dispurse rent payments and give you the gift of truly passive income.
